New Look

Hello,hello :)
Here I go again...an other PageMaps sketch challenge ! This one is for the Paper Mixology with Kelly Goree (she's such a sweetie...we did cartwheels together at the hotel during the last 2 Crop and Create events in Moncton !!).

New Look

I mixed supplies from Basic Grey and Echo Park for this layout of Gabriel with his new glasses.

            Here's the sketch, I converted it into a 12x12 layout.

Hello blog friends !!!
As you might have noticed during the past few weeks , I love using PageMaps sketches !!! They are celebrating their 7th anniversary and  have great challenges with amazing prizes :) Go check them out HERE .
This challenge is to use a girly sketch and convert it to a more boy friendly sketch. I changed the flowers into stars and the flourishes into banners and even used a more girly Fancy Pants collection (Trend Setter) on my layout of my son Gabriel.

Hello and Happy National Scrapbooking Day !!
I'm hoping to find a little time to play with paper today :)
Yesterday, I put the finishing touches on this layout of my sweet little Felix.

Supplies for this layout are from Authentique -Strong collection. I love the mix of blues and yellows !

I used this sketch from PageMaps

I haven't hand stitched on a layout in a long time...and I have a blistered index finger to prove it ...Ouch !

I even added a few stitches to the banners :)

The flairs are from American Crafts and the chipboard hearts from Studio Calico.

I used the Summer bingo card as part of my title.

The brads are from Crate Paper and the corrugated flower from Jillibean Soup.

Love the denim paper, it's my favorite :)

PageMaps and Imaginisce !!

I was so excited when Becky Fleck (of PageMaps) invited the Imaginisce DT to create the samples for the August sketches and newsletter. I have to say I was a bit star struck to get an email from her !!!!! :)

This is the layout I created for her , I used the Happy Camper collection ( one of my all time favorites !!!) and this is the sketch I given.
