Happy Friday everyone !!!

Today I'm sharing the new color challenge from Life.Paper.Scrapbook. I am totally loving these color challenges,because they give me the chance to mix and match supplies from different companies...love rummaging through  my craft supplies....I usually find stuff I forgot I had  :) Bonus !!

Charming Felix

Hello and Happy National Scrapbooking Day !!
I'm hoping to find a little time to play with paper today :)
Yesterday, I put the finishing touches on this layout of my sweet little Felix.

Supplies for this layout are from Authentique -Strong collection. I love the mix of blues and yellows !

I used this sketch from PageMaps

I haven't hand stitched on a layout in a long time...and I have a blistered index finger to prove it ...Ouch !

I even added a few stitches to the banners :)

The flairs are from American Crafts and the chipboard hearts from Studio Calico.

Fright Night

Hello scrappy friends :)
Yesterday was a rainy day and I finally found some time to play with papers !!!
I used this month's color challenge from Authentique Paper.

I used the Glowing collection for my layout of Gabriel dressed up as a pirate last year .

I got the idea of using diamond shapes from the "diamond" pattern paper from the Glowing collection.

I've had these "Elm" Thickers in my stash for a few years...finally got to use them !

My last layouts for Birds of a Feather

Hi scrappy friends, today I'm sharing the last 2 layouts I've created with the July kit from Birds of a Feather Kit Co. It's was a fun 6 months and I'd like to thank Amy for having me on her team !!!
I created both of these layouts with the same sketch ( one that I had gotten from my friend Kristine at a Creative Scrappers crop in April- this sketch was designed by Jenny Evans...I loved it so much ,I've already used it 3 times !!!)

I used the Authentique -Glory papers from the kit for this one.

Then I used the Game Day Chili supplies from Jillibean Soup from the rest of the kit ...for a totally different look !!

Happy Saturday...school's out for the summer !!! Yay ! The boys are so happy...but little Felix woke up sick this morning.....I guess I'll be doing a lot of laundry today :(

I have a layout created for my DT work at Bird's of a Feather Kit Co today.

The big challenge as a Canadian gal was to use these patriotic themed Authentique papers to create a "neutral" layout. I used a sketch from the Authentique blog ( it's for the June sketch challenge ).

My friend Marie Josee told me last night that I wasn't posting my layouts quick enough !!! I've been so busy with work and those little dudes of mine :) .....is hockey season over yet ???

Hello blog friends and happy St Patrick's day !!!
I finally got my hands on the March kit at Birds of a Feather this week and got busy creating these projects and I'm totally in love with Authentique -Genuine collection. I had never used these papers and I just love the texture of them...and what gorgeous colors !!!

I used an other wonderful sketch from Kristine's(from Creative Scrappers) sketch book :) 

I also made this birthday card :)
