Today is the last day and my last post of 2010 !!! I've seen on many blogs, ladies sharing their favorite layouts of the year and thought to play along !!! So here goes...my favorite 10 layouts for 2010.

December Baby

Good Monday !!! It's yet an other stormy Monday here in Moncton....this time it's snow !!!  :)
Hope you all had a great Christmas with your families and friends.
My boys are at the grand parents today ,so I will try to get the mountain of Christmas presents stored away and maybe get some boxing day shopping done, if we can get out of the driveway !! and tonight some much needed scrappy time for me !

The Boston train

Hi scrappy friends, are you ready for Christmas yet ??? I'm off work today and plan on getting it all finished and wrapped today !!!.... 4 more sleeps !!!
Last summer we took these two little clowns to Boston and they got to ride the train for the first time to go downtown from where we were staying. At first the little one was scared of the noise, but ended up not wanting to leave the train !

Most of the papers are from the Scooter's Vacation collection from Imaginisce.

I used a sketch # 133 from Creative Scrappers for this layout.

Advent calendar ( a la Imaginisce)

This year I made this new Advent calendar for the boys !! They love it ! I used the Cottage Christmas collection from Imaginisce , Petaloo Holiday Dazzlers, Felt snowflakes,Doodlebug gems. misc.snowflake buttons and Pebbles inc Candy dots for my project.

Snow day

Hi all, these are some of the projects I created this month with my Coordinates Collections "Frosty Porch Kit". I'm so loveing these Crate Paper goodies !!! i bought the chipboard elements for the add-on and plan to use all of them !!!! So cute !

Kaisercraft October sketch contest winner !!!!!

I was so happy to find out a few days ago that I had won Kaisercraft's Saturday sketch contest on their blog !!!
This was the sketch I had used for my layout.

I had just bought these papers from the Up,up and away collection and thought to enter the contest, never thinking I would win !!!

Anywoo...here 's my layout of my husband as a small boy !

It was fun cutting all of the different strips from the "sideshow" paper. Many of the embellishments are from the blog prize I had won from Tara Orr a few months ago !
The prize...I get to choose one collection and a beyond the page item !! :)

Festive Feast kit reveal

I sure hope it's nicer where you live than here in New Brunswick...getting over 100 mm of rain on the weekend with lots of wind !!! Good time to stay in and Scrap !!! :) :) :)
I had so much fun creating with this kit.....I LOVE the Fall colors from the Imaginisce (Apple Cider) , Lily Bee designs (Catching Fall) and Basic Grey( Pyrus) offered in the Festive Feast kit at Coordinates Collections.
First up is a layout called Comfort Food . I love the return of cooler weather to eat some of my favorite stews and chili !!! Yum !

I made the center of the larger flower out of warm and fuzzy cream colored felt.

Second is a layout of my goofy little dudes playing in the front yard a few weeks ago when we still had leaves on the trees....today it is very windy and miserable out, so they are all gone ! :(
The title "It's a beautiful day " is from a song from my favorite band U2.

How sweet are these Imaginisce papers....love them !! I used a sketch found on the Imaginisce blog for this layout and also a free Apple Cider Love tree template from the blog. (Thank you)
